Scope of work: on this project we are responsible for the advertising and the measurement — GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta. Running the shop, payments and customer service stay on the client's side. So this case describes the advertising and analytics results only.
An online store expanding into a second country quickly loses the ability to say what is working. The channels multiply (Google, Meta, organic search), the markets become two (ryytas.lt and ryytas.lv), and the data scatters across four separate systems, none of which sees the whole.
The only case in the register where all four measurement systems are in our hands at the same time:
Ryytas.lt (property 420465590)sc-domain:ryytas.lt and sc-domain:ryytas.lv, both at siteOwner levelOn 2026-08-31 we launched ryytas.lv — a Woo clone with GA4 and Google Ads tracking through GTM4WP; the Google LV campaign is live.
When the same person can see the ad spend, the organic search and the behaviour on the site, the usual argument between "the ads don't convert" and "the site is bad" disappears. The answer is on one screen, not spread across an email thread of reports from three suppliers.
This case is shown with two shortcomings on the record, because the portfolio is a register of the truth, not a brochure:
Both are out in the open, both are written down, neither is hidden.
Show it to leads who are buying analytics implementation, multi-channel advertising or planning expansion into another market. It is the only case where we can show the whole measurement chain rather than a single link of it.
