Business
development,
at machine velocity.

We are not an agency. We are a business-development laboratory: one operator, an AI substrate, and a five-step method that replaces a twelve-person team.

§ 01 — Mission 01 / 11

We find the bottlenecks in your business.
Then we remove them.

Most marketing doesn't fail at the ad. It fails because the offer was wrong, the audience was wrong, or the business was broken upstream.

Agencies don't want to say this — they sell the ad, so they diagnose the ad. We diagnose the business. Every engagement begins with an audit, because we refuse to act before we've agreed on the problem. The outcome is a partnership: a small laboratory, embedded in your business, patient enough to study it and direct enough to change it.

03Honesty, reliability

§ 02 — The Operator 02 / 11 · Signature object
Signature engagement

One operator.
A substrate of agents.
The output of a team of twelve.

The Operator is what Omni Business Lab actually sells. A single human lead — strategy, relationship, judgement — sits on top of a custom agent infrastructure. The agents do research, outreach, reporting, permutation and the long tail of repeating tasks. The human does the thinking.

The economics are unusual on purpose. Lower overhead, faster cycle time, higher taste per dollar. You aren't buying a retainer. You're buying a small, disciplined instrument pointed at your bottleneck.

§ 03 — Disciplines 03 / 11 · Human-led · AI-assisted

Four disciplines,
one studio.

We don't put faces on a wall; we put craft on a wall. The work is organised by what the operator and the agents are actually best at — not by what an agency template says should be on the home page.

What the studio does.

Six named services, each mapped to one discipline. If your bottleneck doesn't fit any of them, we'll tell you — and, where we can, recommend who will.

01 Digital marketing Facebook, Google, and email strategies built around your funnel — not the agency's revenue model. 02 Website design & build Websites that reflect the business and earn their keep. CRO-first, content-aware, rebuilt from structure up. 03 Design Ads, social, identity systems, brandbooks. Design that makes the brand legible under pressure. 04 Business consulting Strategy sessions, diagnostics, positioning work. For when the problem isn't the marketing. 05 Data analytics Reports that translate raw data into decisions. We care about the decision, not the dashboard. 06 Workflow automation Custom agents and workflows that remove the recurring work. Humans stay for the judgement.

§ 05 — Methodology 05 / 11 · Every engagement

Discover → Defend.
Five steps. No exceptions.

The same five steps for every client, whether the contract is two weeks or two quarters. We don't start at Deploy because we can't defend what we haven't diagnosed.

Answers,

The six questions we actually get asked on the first call.

What is OmniBusinessLab?

+

A business development laboratory — a small, discipline-structured studio collective that audits, diagnoses, and removes business bottlenecks. We work across four areas: strategy, sales, brand, organic content, and automation.

How are you different from other ad agencies?

+

We're not an ad agency. Ad agencies sell ads, so they diagnose ads. We diagnose the business. If the bottleneck isn't in the ads — we won't say it is. We measure results in conversion and revenue, not clicks.

How does a new project start?

+

Conversation → audit → diagnosis → work plan. We don't let ourselves act until we have a shared agreement on the problem. The first 30-minute call is free.

How long does a typical project take?

+

A small audit — 2 weeks. A full cycle (Discover → Defend) — 3 to 6 months. Strategic partnerships run on quarterly cadences with monthly check-ins.

Do you use AI? How much?

+

Yes — as a tool, not a hero. We have four AI usage levels (L1–L4); we currently operate at L2 — custom agents for each workflow. Humans always make the decisions; AI handles the repetitive work.

What happens after the project?

+

We monitor, report, and iterate. Launch day isn't the finish line — it's the middle. Every week the client gets receipts — what we did, what we're measuring, what's next.

§ 11 — Start a conversation 11 / 11 · 30 min · No slides

30 minutes.
No slides.
A real answer.

We listen to the business, look at the bottleneck, and say whether we can help. If we can't, we'll tell you who can. No pitch deck.
